This pillock had left his Merc on the cross hatchings outside the Zeus Hotel in Baldock. It is right in front of the entrance to the car park to the hotel. If you think it is OK to park in a disabled space for 2-minutes 'while you pop to the shops', is it OK to park like this for the same 2-minutes???
