This is Picknage Road in the village of Barley and this pillock has parked on the outside of a long sweeping bend. Now this is in a 30-mph zone, but given the refusal of most drivers to adhere to speed limits, this piece of parking is very dangerous, especially when something is coming in the opposite direction!!! I have put arrow on the picture as this demonstrates the position in the road where the driver is sat making this situation even worse.
