In Barcelona, outside the Nou Camp football stadium, and what do I see, the FC Barcelona team bus, double parked blocking the white Seat Ibiza in!

Just to prove it wasn't sat in traffic, here is a shot of the front. From here you can see that no driver sat in the seat and it is actually parked!
